This tour starts at the historic Hudson Bay Building, now the home of the bustling Victoria Public Market. Built in 1923, this iconic Victoria landmark is now home to a bustling foodie market. Here you will sample coffee from a local roaster, an Indian twist on a classic Canadian dish from a famous Canadian chef, and a veggie hand pie from The Pie Co, recently named one of the top 25 places to eat in Victoria! You then make our way to colorful Chinatown. Once the largest in North America, now a Canadian heritage site and a place with very modern food. Here you sample Korean Bao Buns and some mind-blowing French macrons. You make our way through Market Square and historic Old Town before stopping at Hawk & Hen for a local craft beer and another bite to eat. You wind your way through hidden alley's and tucked away paths to make our way to Bastion Square where you end the tour learning about Fort Victoria while sampling a pastry made from the iconic Rebar restaurant, a Victoria favorite since 1988!
