1 Day Ulaanbaatar City Highlight Private Tour Including Mongolian Lunch

8:40am to 9:00am - Pickup from your hotel
9:00am to 9:30am - Chinggis Khaan Square:
This is the heart of Ulaanbaatar surrounded by Parliament house, the Stock Exchange, and Chinggis Khaan’s Statue. The square was named after Sukhbaatar, the famous patriot, whose statue is its central feature. 
9:30am to 10:30am - Gandan Monastery:
Gandan Monastery is Mongolian’s main religious center with the 85 feet (26 meter) tall gold-plated statue of Avolokiteshvara in the main temple.
10:30am to 12:00pm - National History Museum:
The first museum in Mongolia and formerly called the Mongolian National Museum, was established in 1924 and later became the basis for other museums including the National Museum of Mongolian History. 
12:00pm to 1:30pm - Mongolian Cuisine Lunch:
Typical Mongolian food is noodle soup, buuz and khuushuur.  With an emphasis on meat dishes, the Mongolian diet is varied and very nutritious. 
1:30pm to 2:30pm - The Choijin Lama Temple museum:
The Choijin Lama Temple Museum is an architectural masterpiece of the 19th and 20th century. The monastery was erected by Mongolian architects.
The museum is only one block south of the Square. Although not as good as the Winter Palace, there is still plenty to snap. A useful English language booklet is available at the monastery entrance.
2:30pm to 2:50pm - Zaisan Memorial:
This landmark, high above the city and dedicated to WWII victims, offers a wonderful view of Ulaanbaatar and its surrounding landscape.
3:00pm to 4:30pm - Buddha Park:
Buddha Park was built in 2006 which is located at the base of Zaisan Memorial. There is a 53 feet (16 meter) tall Sakyamuni standing in center of the park.
4:30pm to 5:30pm - Drop off at your Hotel
