Take advantage of the culture, food, history and nightlife in cities like Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and Quebec City. Then discover some of Eastern Canada's most beautiful natural areas, where you can take part in a mix of fun activities like hiking, canoeing, mountain biking and rafting. A full run-down of each day's itinerary and activities is detailed below.


Day 1: Toronto to Montreal
Departing from Toronto, your first stop is at the Big Apple where they have made over 3 million apple pies! Next is a lunch stop and a cruise through the 1000 Islands. Join your guide for a night out in Montreal! (Cruise included).

Day 2: Montreal
In the morning, join your guide and see the sights and sounds of the largest French speaking city outside of Europe. Or if you prefer, explore on your own through this amazing city. (Breakfast included).

Day 3: Montreal to Quebec City
On the way to Quebec City, you'll visit Mauricie Park and Montmorency Falls. Once in Quebec City, you'll have free time to stroll along the cobblestone streets and enjoy outdoor cafes, street musicians, local art and best of all the fine food. Enjoy a group dinner in he evening at the hostel. (Breakfast and dinner included).

Day 4: Quebec City
Enjoy free time today in Quebec City. Explore the old city on foot with friends or join an optional whale watching cruise to Tadoussac ($99).

Day 5: Quebec City to Mont Tremblant
The lunch stop today is Mont Tremblant National Park, where you can enjoy some beautiful scenery during your hike. Visit the ski village in Mont Tremblant, arrive at the hostel and then swim or canoe before your group dinner. In the evening, enjoy some stories and laughs around a campfire by the lake. (Dinner included)

Day 6: Mont Tremblant to Ottawa
In the morning, you'll visit Omega Park for a close up look at wildlife including deer, bear, moose and more! Once you arrive in Ottawa, you'll take a walking tour of the city. Afterward, head out for a few drinks and dinner in the Byward Market! (Omega Park included).

Day 7: Ottawa to Fort Coulonge
Enjoy some free time in the morning to continue exploring the nation’s capital. Dinner tonight is a barbecue feast of salmon, steak or chicken (vegetarian option also available). You can choose to raft the next day ($115 including lunch). The Esprit team was voted one of top rafting companies in the world by National Geographic! Sit around a campfire tonight and meet your rafting guides! (Breakfast and dinner included).

Day 8: Fort Coulonge
If you are rafting today, take a short ride to the departure point and spend the day on the river. If you decide to stay at the lodge, you can swim, canoe, hike or go mountain bike riding. At the end of the day, come back to the lodge and settle down to another great meal. Relax on the patio and watch the amazing sunset with a cold beverage. (Breakfast and dinner included, lunch included if you are rafting).

Day 9: Fort Coulonge to Toronto
After breakfast, you'll hit the road back to Toronto with a lunch stop at Bon Echo Provincial Park. Arrive back in Toronto at approximately 6pm. (Breakfast included)
