8 Days Adventure in South Albania

This is how your trip will look like:
Day 1 - Tirana
Arrive in Tirana and check into your hotel.
Day 2 - Tirana – Divjake – Vlore
After breakfast you will be briefed about the tour and at 9 o’clock depart from the hotel. Right after, go to Divjake, a beach with a lot of sand where you will do some off sand road too. Visit the Karavasta’s lagoon, the largest lagoon in Albania and one of the largest in the Adriatic Sea. End the day in Vlora. Accommodation in the hotel.
Day 3 - Vlore – Llogara – Himare
Early in the morning, leave Vlora and go to explore more the southern part of Albania. The Jon sea is well known for its beauty and natural places. The first stop is in National Park of Llogara, which is in the middle of many pines and is also placed in 1000 meters height above the sea level. Then keep moving to the south with stops in different beaches during your trip to Himare, where you will have your overnight. Himare is also located by the Jon Sea where you may have some rest feeling the fresh air.
Day 4 - Himare – Saranda – Butrint
After breakfast, you will depart for more adventure. On your way there you will visit the castle of 'Ali Pasha', a worth place to visit for its history and the beautiful view of the sea. After lunch go to Butrint, which was an ancient Greek and later Roman city in Epirus. You will spend your afternoon there and later on, you go back to Saranda, a city full of bars and clubs in the night during summer. Dinner and accommodation in Saranda.
Day 5 - Saranda – Gjirokaster – Permet
After breakfast at the hotel you will depart to see one of the most beautiful miracles that Albania has called Blue Eye, a water spring and natural phenomenon. After this you will visit Gjirokaster, a very old town with is laying the historical region of Epirus. You will visit the castle of Gjirokaster as well. You will also have lunch in this antique town. Next, continue to Permet. Just 14 km away from Permet it is found the Benje thermal baths. Accommodation and dinner is in Permet.
Day 6 - Permet – Corovode – Berat
From Permet, drive off road to Corovode, seeing the real typical Albanian villages. The river Osum passes through Corovode, Skrapar and Berat. Upstream it forms canyons and caves which are the highest and the longest in Albania. In this amazing place, you will also have your lunch and relax there. From there next is Berat, where you will visit the castle of Berat which is a fortress overlooking the town. You will also have our dinner and accommodation in Berat.
Day 7 - Berat – Tirana
After breakfast, go to the capital city of Albania, Tirana. Enjoy free time in the afternoon, before a night life tour in Tirana.
Day 8 - Tirana
Drop off at the airport.
