Visit the Wildlife Park with a morning tea. See there Kangaroos, Koalas, and other Australian animals. Taste chocolate and fudge at the Chocolate Factory.
Located in the heart of Hunter Valley wine country, visit Roche Estate, a premier concert venue, attracting a diverse array of international and national artists alike. Experience award-winning wines, signature cocktails, local gourmet produce and a sophisticated function room - all located in one exclusive venue at Roche Estate.
Have in the morning a premium wine tasting at the vineyard following of a tasting of delicious cheeses at the Smelly Cheese Shop which locally cheese is made and where you can try more 400 other kinds of cheese from around the world. You can opt to have lunch on your own expenses at the Roche Estate. After having lunch, it´s time to have another premium wine tasting.
At Potters Brewery you can opt to taste award-winning beer. A range of beers that are world renown is produced there. The Brewery produces several signature beers such as the Hunter Kolsch and Hunter Witbier and also seasonal beers such as the Chocolate Porter and Christmas Cheer.
After 10 hours it´s back to go back to Sydney, at your original departure point.
