First, take a guided tour through the ethno village. You will learn many interesting things about the history of these lands and how people lived in the 19th century. Then, it is time for the cooking class to begin – however, this is not just any cooking class, but rather a genuine traditional Dalmatian food cooking class!

All food in Skopljanci is made strictly according to centuries old recipes. Deeply nourishing, traditional foods from the Dalmatian region were unprocessed, naturally raised, largely raw and decidedly unrefined. These foods represent the natural gastric experience of humankind, vital to the natural growth and evolution of the human species for thousands of years prior to the mass production of food we use today.
