Private Airport Layover Tour of Shanghai

Upon your arrival you will be greeted by your local professional driver at the airport with a welcome sign, and you will be then transferred to the downtown Shanghai area. Your friendly guide will meet you at the first tour site to begin your layover tour.
Take a walk along the historic Bund area to enjoy its splendid view of old and new Shanghai along the Huangpu River while learning about its colonial history from your guide. Here you will see some of the old Shanghai landmark buildings such as Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jinmao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Tower, and the newest and tallest Shanghai Tower.
After that, you will head to the the famous Shanghai Old town & Yu Garden bazaar area, where a large number of street vendors and markets sell just about everything: tea, antiques, Chinese seals, souvenirs, toys, Christmas decorations, everyday items, and random weirdness. Pass by the 200-year-old Hu Xin Ting Tea House while walking on the zigzag bridge, and admire its old and traditional Qing-Dynasty architecture, pavilions, fish and turtle ponds, and more. 
Then you and your guide will walk through the beautiful French concession area, a hip neighborhood that boasts an idiosyncratic push-pull between new and old and between development and preservation for an absolutely unique urban experience.
Take a break to taste some of the local authentic food (own expense).
Your guide will show you as much as possible during the layover tour. Feel free to discuss your travel interests with your guide. The tour can also cover Nanjing Road, Jade Buddha Temple, People square/Park area, Shanghai  Museum etc.
After the tour, If you book the maglev train option, you will be dropped off at the Maglev Station, and your guide will get you the train ticket for boarding the train and you now can enjoy the amazing Maglev Train ride with 300-400km/hour speed on the way to the airport ( non-stop) and be ready to board your next flight; If you book the 1-way transfer option, instead of the experiencing the Maglev train, your local driver will drop you off at the downtown Shanghai area at your requests; if you book the 2-way transfer option, your local driver will drop you off directly at the airport terminal.
