2-Day Private Tour Exploring Santiago and Andes Mountains

Day 1: Private Santiago City tour with winery tour, and visit to San Cristobal Hill (Lunch Included)
Your 2-day tour begins with an 9.30 am pickup from your Santiago accommodations. 
Head to the city cener, exploring the main attractions and culture, and learn the history behind the principal points of interest. The first stop on the city tour is the governmental palace, La Moneda, and Constitution Square. These two places tell stories of Chile's military coup and subsequent dictatorship. Next, get ready to visit the oldest street in Santiago: New York Street, and visit the commercial center of the city. At the next stop, Plaza de Armas, listen as your guide offers an introduction to the history of Santiago.
Enjoy local cuisine at the Central Market after a visit to the famed traditional bar La Piojera. Next, visit the Santiago´s Fine Arts Museum, the bohemian Bellavista neighborhood, and La Chascona, the former home of the national poet Pablo Neruda. After the city tour, go up San Cristobal Hill for sweeping views and great photo opportunities.
Day 2:  Maipo Valley and El Yeso Reservoir (Breakfast Included)
This full day-excursion is a panoramic tour by private vehicle to enjoy the scenic beauty of Maipo Valley and El Yeso Reservoir.
Get picked up from your hotel and head towards the Andes and the Cajón del Maipo area, 31 miles (50 kilometers) from Santiago. The road skirts the Maipo River, which offers a great view over the foothills of the Andes. After one hour, the tour continues by ascending to the El Yeso area, situated 62 miles (100 kilometers) from Santiago and at an altitude of 8,200 feet (2,500 meters).
Upon arrival at the final destination, El Yeso Reservoir, get ready to walk a 1.9-mile (3 kilometer) trail along the reservoir. With luck, you can observe condors, eagles, and wild foxes. After the walk, have a picnic breakfast in the outdoors, enjoying the fresh air and views of the surrounding mountains. After the visit, proceed to the prestigious Concha y Toro Winery outside Maipo Valley for a 1 hour wine tour including 3 tastings.
