Start your cooking class at either 10am or 4pm in a local family kitchen. Under the guidance of an expert chef, set to work creating an array of traditional Tuscan recipes. Learn how to prepare delicious antipasti with crostini and bruschetta, fresh soup and pasta dishes, and a tasty dessert.
Finally sit down to enjoy your home cooked lunch or dinner, accompanied by a wine tasting (with a minimum of four different wines) and an olive oil tasting (with a minimum of three different virgin olive oils).
