Overview

Day 1: Airport Transfer - Quito
You will be transferred from the airport to Quito and spend the night there.
Hotel: Fuente de Piedra
Day 2: City Tour and Middle of the World Monument (breakfast)
You will explore Quito and visit the Panecillo Hill, Basilica Church, Independence Plaza, the Cathedral, the Government’s Palace and La Ronda Street. You will also visit La Compañía Church, the Sagrario Church and San Francisco Plaza. After lunch, you will head to the Middle of the World Monument (Mitad del Mundo) and visit the Intiñan Museum, the Complex and Pululahua crater.

Day 3: Otavalo Market  & Surroundings (breakfast, lunch)
You will take the north Panamerican highway up to San Pablo Lake. Enjoy of a nice view of the volcano and the lake and then visit an indigenous weaving workshop in Peguche. Head to Otavalo market, meet the indigenous people and see their typical, multicolored handcrafts. Then, go to Cotacachi, best known for its leather goods. After that, head up to Cuicocha Lagoon (Guinea Pig Lagoon) to finally return to Quito.

Day 4: Quilotoa Lagoon (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Travel through the Avenue of the Volcanoes and stop at the Quilotoa volcano where you will descend to the Quilotoa Lagoon, located inside the crater or you can just walk around. Visit some indigenous local house from the “Paramos" to observe their clothes and customs and get to see a typical indigenous house made of straw. Then, head to the town of Tigua, famous for its naif paintings. (Note: on Thursdays, Saquisilí Indigenous Market; optional.)
Overnight in Mama Hilda Lodge In Chugchilan
Day 5: Cotopaxi National Park (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Head to Cotopaxi National Park and visit the Interpretation Center and Limpiopungo Lagoon. Then, you will drive up 4,500 meters and walk up to Padre Rivas Refuge (4,830 meters in altitude). You will enjoy a complimentary coca tea and you may try to get to the glacier (5,050 meters high). You will enjoy lunch and stay in Cotopaxi National Park 
Hotel: Hacienda Los Mortiños
Day 6: Papallacta Hot Springs (breakfast)
After breakfast, you will drive through the valley of Tumbaco and reach Papallacta Hot Springs. You will walk about 1 hour to a private reserve (Cayambe-Coca Reserve) where you can admire the beauty of nature. Then, you will go back to the Hot Springs and enjoy the medicinal benefits that the spring offers. In the afternoon we will enjoy of the " Hummingbird Garden" in Guango Lodge

Day 7: Transfer to airport  (breakfast)
Breakfast and transfer out to the airport.
