When the first Dutch settlers arrived on St Maarten in 1631, they chose the sandy strip separating Great Bay from the Salt Pond to build their capital, Philipsburg, where your ship is moored today. This excursion combines the exhilarating experience of a classical Train with the natural, cultural, and historic landmarks on this scenic ride through Philipsburg, before we stop for a taste of an island’s local flavor. Then you have a 30min stop to enjoy your favorite spot in Old Town, before we pass by to pick you up. Trolley Train service can be used afterwards to hop-on and hop-off all the stops available until you are ready to go back to your hotel.
