Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Jaipur by Train (B,L)
Pass By: New Delhi, New Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi After 5am pickup at your hotel in New Delhi or the wider National Capital Region (NCR), transfer to New Delhi railway station where you will board the 6am super-fast, deluxe Shatabdi Express train to the ‘Pink City’ of Jaipur. Breakfast will be served on board and you will enjoy the countryside views on the way to Jaipur. On arrival at Jaipur railway station at 10:30am, you will be met by your representative and driver holding a sign with your name on it at the main exit gate. Then, board your private, air-conditioned vehicle and transfer to your hotel in the city. At 1pm enjoy a buffet lunch at an air-conditioned restaurant. 2pm We visit the City Palace in the heart of the old city, a royal residence of the erstwhile King of Jaipur. Built in a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal styles, the palace is a vision of carved arches and intricately crafted columns. At 3pm continue to Jaipur’s 18th-century observatory: the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Jantar Mantar. Explore the astronomical instruments that make up this outdoor complex: the most significant, comprehensive, and best-preserved of India's historical observatories. At about 4pm scout out a variety of goods during a shopping tour in Jaipur. Peruse and perhaps buy (own expense) some of the most popular items, such as precious gemstones, silver jewelry, bangles, clothing, blue pottery, textiles, and much more.

Day 2: Jaipur City Tour and Train to Delhi (B,L,D)
Pass By: Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind, Jaipur, Jaipur District, Rajasthan At 8am pickup and we visit to the Amber Fort, situated on a rock ridge just outside Jaipur. The image of the Amber Fort is beautifully reflected in the lake below. Next, make an 11am stop at the Man Sarobar Lake to take photos of the Jal Mahal, the Rajput-style ‘water palace’ that sits in the center of the lake. Man Sarobar is often dry in summer, but winter monsoons frequently turn it into a beautiful lake filled with water hyacinths. At noon, enjoy another photo stop at the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). Built in 1799, this five-storied building on the main street of the old city is a pink-sandstone masterpiece with semi-octagonal and delicately honeycombed windows. After a 1pm break for a buffet lunch at an air-conditioned restaurant, set off on a second shopping tour at 2pm. Enjoy more of the shops in Jaipur to discover a wider variety of products and purchase gifts (own expense) for yourself or others, some of which you may have happened to forget yesterday. At 5pm transfer to Jaipur railway station and board the 5:30pm train depart to New Delhi. You will enjoy dinner on board and your train will arrive at New Delhi railway station at 10:40pm approx where you will be met by your representative and transferred to your Delhi hotel.
