Day 2: Jaipur City Tour and train to Delhi (B,L) 8am - After breakfast, visit Amber Fort, which used to be the capital of the Kachhwaha clan until Jaipur was made the official capital in 1727.
10am - Drive past Hawa Mahal. Built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, this is one of the most impressive sights in the city. Also visit City Palace, the principle residence of the ruling family and known for its stunning architecture.
11am - Visit Jantar Mantar, a stone observatory raised in the 18th century. Part of it is now converted into a museum.
1pm - Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
2:30pm - Indulge in some shopping in Jaipur; the city specializes in hand-woven textiles, precious gemstones, silver jewelry, and blue pottery.
5:20pm - After a memorable day, transfer to the railway station in Jaipur for your journey back to Delhi. (Train departs at 5:50pm and dinner is served on board).
10:40pm - Train arrives into New Delhi Railway Station, and you will be dropped back at your Delhi hotel soon after.
