After breakfast walk towards the Gateway of India, one of Mumbai’s most famous landmarks built to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary in 1911. The Gateway of India is is a splendid 26 meter archway displaying an intricate latticework carved on stone, and is the perfect way to introduce Mumbai to its visitors. At 9am sharp, board a ferry from the Gateway of India ferry dock and leave for yet another historical wonder, the Elephanta Caves located on Elephanta Island. After reaching the island, take a medium level trek with the guide to reach the Elephanta Caves.
