In Spain it is estimated that there are more than 7000 wineries in existence and operating throughout the "península" . Due to this factor, here in Spain and Malaga no other, one can find among the best  wines in Spain while enjoying great climate and culture. According to oenologist  Robert Parker, "believe that the responsibility of the winemaker is to take that fruit and get it into the bottle as the most natural and purest expression of that vineyard, of the grape varietal or blend and of the vintage" . Here at Malaga Foodie tours, we aim to do just that  within the beauty of the city Malaga,and its "sumillers". For this reason we are presenting the opportunity to get to know, by means of a pairing dinner, the best cuisine of Málaga and the best wines of Andalusia. Dinner or Lunch with the best brands and sumillers in Spain. Selected dishes and the best wines.

The dinner will take place at 20.00 in the hands of one of the best summilier in the city. The winery/restaurant is located in a magnificent location of Malaga only 50 meters from the beach side. We will sample and taste a selection of products presented in six different dishes accompanied by a wine which has been specially chosen for the occasion and to propel and complement the dishes taste. Such even will  create an unforgettable experience on this magical evening in Malaga

    Central ( Appetisers) dishes:

    Jamon Iberico- Iberian Ham ( curated)

    Queso cured de oveja - Curated Cheese of sheep

    Anchoas del cantabrico- anchovies of Cantabrico 

    Boquerones en vinagre- Anchovy fillets in vinegar

    VINO- Wine Fino y Manzanillo 

     First plates:

    Fresh “ a la casa” salad.

    White wine

    Second Plates:

    Cod y green sauce ( with no side complement)

    Rose wine

    Third plate:

    Iberian Ham marinated on Jerez wine and supplement with red wine -( Tender cut)

    Fourth Plate:

    Malaga Goat chops supplemented with reserve wine.
