Stop At: Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari, Luxor, Nile River Valley

After visiting the tombs you will be transported to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (Deir el Bahari), the only woman ever to reign over Egypt as Pharaoh. This queen was an ancestor of King Tutankhamen and belonged to the same dynasty.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Valley of the Kings, Luxor, Nile River Valley

First you will be transported to the Necropolis of Thebes, the Valley of the Kings on the West Bank of Luxor. This ancient necropolis is a must-see for Luxor travelers. There you visit four royal tombs, including the Tomb of Ramses, the Tomb of Horemheb, the Tomb of Merenptah

Stop At: Valley of the Artisans (Deir el-Medina), Luxor, Nile River Valley

Valley of Artisans (Deir El-medina )
alley of the Workers (Deir el-Medina). This is the place where the workmen of the royal tombs used to live. Here you will see the Temple of Deir el-Medina, which was dedicated to the goddess Hathor. This is the only temple in all of Egypt where you can admire carvings of the Final Judgement.

Stop At: Temple of Medinat Habu, Luxor, Nile River Valley

After visiting the tombs you will be transported to the Temple of Ramses III (Medinet Habu). Medinet Habu consists of a palace and a town enclosed within a defensive wall. Entry is through the High Gate, or Migdol, which in appearance resembles a citadel.

Stop At: Colossi of Memnon, Luxor, Nile River Valley

The Colossi of Memnon, the two largest ancient statues in Egypt which date back to the era of King Amenhotep III. He was the father of King Akhenaten and grandfather of King Tutankhamen. After touring the sites you will be transferred back to your hotel by an air-conditioned vehicle
