Overview
This 3-Day Taman Negara and Cameron Highlands tour has been especially for those who want something a little more fast-paced but want to experience all Taman Negara and Cameron Highlands has to offer. Throughout the duration of the tour you will have the company of a friendly Driver/Guide. Day 1 Leave Kuala Lumpur early at 6am. Drive through the scenic Karak Highway covered by the evergreen jungle. At around 10am, arrive at Kuala Tahan, proceed to the floating restaurant by the riverside for Rest and Tea. Then proceed Take Water Taxi to cross the river into Taman Negara Resort. Start Trekking to Bukit Teresek View Point to view Peninsula Malaysia’s highest Mountain Gunung Tahan. Experience Malaysia’s longest Canopy Walk, the hanging bridge on the tree awaits you next. Lunch will be served at Riverside Floating Restaurant. Then take a boat ride "Rapid Shooting" up to Trenggan Lodge. Visit to Orang Asli Village, bring along some handy tit-bits gift for the children. See the blowpipe performance and fire starter expert in work. Night Dinner by the Riverside Floating Restaurant. Night Jungle Walk awaits you after that. Day 2 Breakfast, then proceed to Cameron Highlands. Drive through the hilly Tropical Rainforest and occasionally Kampung from distance. You are expected to arrive in Cameron Highlands by midnoon. Rest, Tea time and lunch time. Check into hotel once room is ready. The proceed to Cactus Valley, Rose Garden, Vegetable Market, the peaceful yet scenic Brinchang Temple, shopping in Tanah Rata. Night taste the famous SteamBoat Dinner in the cold weather. Day 3 Breakfast, then proceed to Mount Brinchang, the highest point of Cameron Highlands. Visit to Mossy Forest, the mystique but beautiful. Then proceed to BOH Tea Plantation, see how tea leaves are pluck and process. Sip tea in BOH Tea Restaurant. Proceed down to Kuala Lumpur, en route stop for lunch at Bidor, taste the decade old Duck Noodles. One can also shop for Perak famous biscuit to bring back as souvenirs. Early evening, you are expected arrival into Kuala Lumpur.
