Meet and greet your professional chef and welcome drinks will be served before the class starts. The workshop starts at 5 PM with a tour of the organic garden.
You'll then prepare a curry paste and pound all the fresh ingredients with a mortar and pestle to release the flavors and make a traditional paste. Your chef will show you how to cook your curry with chicken or vegetables.
While your curry will be gently boiling, you'll prepare and cook your second dish. The menu is different everyday.
Around 6:30 PM, you'll enjoy your handmade Thai delights and you'll receive a small gift. The recipes are available on the Cooking School's Blog and after the cooking class you can contact us anytime if you need any help to prepare your dishes at home.
Menu on Monday : Massaman chicken curry + stir-fried pork, snake beans and holy basil (pad krapao) Menu on Tuesday : Chicken marinated in red curry with peanut-coconut sauce (chicken satay) + Pad Thai Menu on Thursday : Green sweet chicken curry with bitter Thai eggplants + sliced chicken, chilies and cashew nuts Menu on Friday : Red curry, fried pork and green peppercorn + chicken coconut and galangal soup
