Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnels - Ho Chi Minh City

Stop At: Cu Chi Tunnels, Ho Chi Minh City
You will be picked up from your hotel between 08.00 - 08.30am and drive for 90 minutes (60km) to the Cu Chi Tunnels, where you will spend the next couple of hours exploring the area and learning more the tunnels and their use during the Vietnam War. The more adventurous of you will have the opportunity to crawl through the tunnels and to fire off some rounds from Ak47 or M16 assault rifles at the shooting range before driving back to Ho Chi Minh City for a lunch at Pho24

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta in Ben Tre

Stop At: Ben Tre, Ben Tre, Ben Tre Province, Mekong Delta
After being picked up from your hotel between 8:00-8.30 am, depart from Ho Chi Minh City and head into the Mekong Delta, crossing the impressive Rach Mieu Cable-stayed Bridge. Arrive in Ben Tre village after an around 2-hour drive and board a small boat to cruise around the delta, visiting traditional villages and artisan workshops.
Stop along the way to visit a small brick factory, a coconut-processing workshop, a local mat-weaving house, and take a xe-lôi (a kind of motorized rickshaw) ride around a local village. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a riverside restaurant, before starting the afternoon activities which include a scenic bike ride and a sampan cruise along the canals.
