After pickup at your hotel, transfer in an air-conditioned van to the horse riding center to meet your guide.
Your guide provides a safety briefing and riding instructions, then introduces you to your horse. The horses have gentle dispositions that are suitable for beginning riders.
When ready, ride out of the corral and into the tropical dry forest. Your guide shares informative commentary on the animal life that you might see, such as howler monkeys, spider monkeys, birds, iguanas, raccoons, peccaries, agoutis, and deer. It is highly unlikely that you will see any big cats, by you might spot some of tracks along the way.
After crossing through the forest, reach some hills with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. Stop at an old plantation house for views of Salinas Bay and light refreshments of fresh fruit and cold beverages.
Your tour ends with drop-off at your hotel.
