Overview
Arrive at the meeting location near Spike's Bridge in Nerul and, after introductions to other guests, our tour guides and assistants, we will start with a briefing on the river, the flora and fauna. It is important for you to know how to use and handle the kayak properly as well as what to see and what look out for during the trip. Let's begin this 2.5-hour kayak adventure! Off on the water, you can see the temple, listen to the temple bells, enter and marvel at the intricate mangroves, and spot huge fruit bats or birds. If you are lucky, you can also spot frolicking river otters and mud crabs. Out of the mangroves, kayak down on the scenic flat water of the open river with fishing jumping in front of your kayak. You can also see historical churches, some unbelievable man made structures while you happily pose for the camera! Before you begin your return paddle, we will make a brief stop to take a break and refresh with water and fruit juice. Arrive at the departure location after a wonderful and satisfying day!
