Colorful, fresh and not too alcoholic: the Spritz is the best drink to afford the aperitivo time in Italy (and not only here of course). A long story, that goes back to the late '700, when Austrian domination in Italy gave rise to the meeting between the Venetian wines and the taste of the Habsburg soldiers.
