2-Night Mikumi National Park Safari from Dar es Salaam

Day 1: Dar to Mikumi National Park.
In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel in Dar and you will travel to Mikumi National Park via Morogoro town. This trip will take about 6 hours of standard driving speed with a stop in Chalinze breakfast and refreshments break. Will continue with drive and when you arrive at the park you will be checked in and taken to your accommodation to refresh and have lunch. Later on the day will start evening and sunset game drives.

Day 2: Mikumi National Park.
On this day you will have sunrise game drive starting from 06:45 hours and come back to the cottages for breakfast at around 08:45 hours. Will continue with game drive till lunch time whereby you will have lunch at the Mikumi Wildlife Camp where you have the chance to view animals as they wonder around the camp watering holes while having your meals.
After lunch and a little rest you will continue with game drive in another part of the park till sunset around 18:30 hours and that will be the end of full day game drive. In Mikumi expect to see animals such as Lions, Buffalo, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebras, Impalas, Warthogs, elephants, hippos and more than 300 bird species

Day 3: Return to Dar es Salaam.
After an early morning (sunrise game viewing) game drive, return to your accommodation for breakfast and prepare to check out. By noon, you will start driving back to Dar es Salaam and have lunch at Morogoro Town. Your guide will bring you back to the airport in the early evening.
