Day 1: Da Nang – Hue (L, D)
Meet a driver at your hotel in Da Nang for 8:30am departure to the first stop of the day, the Marble Mountains, a cluster of five marble and limestone mountains named for the five elements. See natural caves, enjoy the view from the top of the mountain, find solitude in a pagoda, then visit the sculpture village.
Pause for lunch, then continue to the Cham Museum, home to the world's most complete collection of items from the Cham culture. Following your time at the museum, depart for Hue, where you'll check in at your hotel and have dinner, then enjoy an independent evening to check out Hue's nightlife.
Day 2: Hue – Da Nang (B, L)
Start the day with breakfast before visiting the Citadel, the most prominent attraction in Hue and part of a UNESCO World Heritage site that includes the Imperial City, the Hue Royal Palace, and the Emperor's private residence.
Take a break for lunch, then visit Thien Mu Pagoda, considered by many to be Hue's unofficial symbol, then head to the Tomb of Khai Dinh, where you'll find a fascinating imperial audience court. Finally, check out the riverside Dong Ba Market before finishing your tour with return to Da Nang. This tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel in Da Nang.
