Itinerary

Day 1: Colombo - Bentota

Stop At: Bentota Beach, Bentota, Galle District, Southern Province
On arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, you will be welcomed by your very own Chauffeur guide with orchid garlands and transferred to Bentota (Approx. 2 hrs drive).

Day 2: Bentota - Bentota

Stop At: Madu River, Balapitiya, Southern Province
Enjoy breakfast and spend the morning at leisure by the beautiful beach. In the afternoon, proceed with your guide for a boat ride in Madu River. The Maduganga estuary is a 915-hectare complex coastal wetland ecosystem that opens to the Indian Ocean. You might spot turtles in Kosgoda before going back to your hotel.

Day 3: Bentota - Sigiriya

Stop At: Minneriya National Park, Habarana, North Central Province
After breakfast, drive to Sigiriya. In the afternoon, enjoy a jeep safari at Minneriya National Park.

Day 4: Sigiriya - Hiriwadunna - Sigiriya

Stop At: Habarana Lake, Habarana, North Central Province
After breakfast drive to Hiriwadunna for a village trekking and also experience a canoe ride and bullock cart ride. Have a Sri Lankan style lunch before heading to the famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress.

Stop At: Ancient City of Sigiriya, Sigiriya, Central Province
Sigiriya commemorates some of the turbulence of Sri Lanka’s history. Learn the history of Sigiriya while witnessing the amazing rock fortress.

Day 5: Sigiriya - Kandy

Stop At: Dambulla Cave Temple, Habarana, North Central Province
After breakfast drive to Dambulla (approx. 30-minute drive) and visit Dambulla Cave Temple. Dambulla Cave Temple was built by King Walagambahu in the 1st century B.C. and now it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Royal Spice Garden
Later drive to Kandy (approx. 2 hours drive) and en route visit the Spice Garden. Experience a cooking demonstration and enjoy a relaxing head and shoulder massage included in the package.

Day 6: Kandy - Kandy

Stop At: Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Kandy, Kandy District, Central Province
After breakfast relax and enjoy the morning at leisure. In the afternoon, enjoy a tuk tuk ride in Kandy followed by a city sightseeing tour that allows your to do some shopping. Later enjoy a cultural show with traditional Kandyan dancing.
