Overview
Start your spa experience with a pickup shuttle service from your hotel within Chiang Mai city. On arrival at Fah Lanna Spa, relax in the lush and tropical surroundings accented with water features while you sip an herbal drink during your spa consultation. Loose and comfortable clothing will be provided before a 2.5-hour healing spa treatment.
Start with a steam bath in an herbal steam room, followed by a traditional Thai massage and aromatherapy oil massage in your own private room.
You can choose between four different types of massage:
Aromatherapy Oil:
A gentle and soothing massage using essential oils to cleanse and freshen your skin. The use of essential oils promotes healing, well-being, and relaxation.
Aloe Vera:
Aloe Vera contains many healing and cooling properties to treat the skin. It is a rich source of amino acids and vitamins, especially recommended for sunburns.
Hot Oil:
A soothing and relaxing massage with heated oil that reduces tension of the muscles and helps to tone and condition them.
Moisturizing Cream:
A soothing and relaxing body massage using moisturizing body cream leaves your skin nourished and soft. Skin is able to absorb cream better than oil and leaves the body less greasy.
After your treatment, take a shower in the en suite bathroom in the privacy of your treatment room. Once you are ready, your therapist will bring you to an air-conditioned area to enjoy homemade ginger tea and a light snack. If you wish, you can continue to relax at the spa, shop for exclusive spa products or souvenirs, or visit the adjacent cafe with your discount coupon. Enjoy a drink or snack in the garden by the pond before your driver transports you back to your hotel.
The driver can also drop you off at a market, shopping mall, restaurant or even at the airport; you can safely store your luggage at the spa reception during your session.

- Customers making their own way to the spa should plan to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time to fill out the consultation card
- If the customer has not arrived within 15 minutes after their appointment time, we reserve the right to give the appointment slot to other customers
- Bookings for customers who arrive late for their appointment can not be refunded but can be re-scheduled to a different time or date, subject to availability
- Bookings where customers arrive late and no massage therapist or room is available may be rescheduled to a later date or time, subject to availability
- Round-trip shuttle service is available within Chiang Mai city only. Should your hotel be located outside of the shuttle zone area, we can assist you with booking a pickup by taxi at your own cost.
