Your private tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby at 8am and then transfer you directly to Sichuan Cuisine Museum in Pixian County. Rated as a 3-Star attraction at national level, Sichuan Cuisine Museum is the only interactive museum in the world displaying Sichuan culinary culture. Your cooking experience will start by tasting one of the famous Sichuan snacks and visiting exhibition halls including Classic Collection Hall, Raw Ingredients and Tools Display Area, and Kitchen God Ancestral Hall...etc.
Then, a bilingual guide from the museum will teach you how to prepare three typical Sichuan dishes such as Panda Steamed Dumpling, Kung Pao Chicken, Mapo Tofu, Pumpkin Steamed Dumplings, Daqian Dry-braised fish, or Boiled Beef in Chili Sauce...etc., so you could get firsthand cooking experiences and skills. After a Q & A session and receiving feedback from the master chef, you will enjoy those delicious dishes you made along with free fruits and beverages. After lunch at the museum, head to Dujiangyan to visiting the oldest Irrigation system in the world and discover the science and technology of ancient China. At the end, your guide and driver will transfer you back to your hotel in Chengdu where this memorable trip is concluded.
