Start the tour at Gaudi's most famous masterpiece, the Sagrada Familia. Meet up with your private guide and skip the line with tickets that have been purchased in advance. After exploring the cathedral, embark on a walking tour of the Gothic Quarter, Barcelona’s medieval district. Built like a labyrinth, the neighborhood holds countless stories and its ancient Roman walls are still visible, having been incorporated into the medieval buildings. Pass by the Picasso Museum, which is housed in five medieval buildings, and stop at Gaudi’s beautiful Palau Guell. Enjoy a quick lunch break at one of the many local tapas bars before continuing on.
In the afternoon, meet up with a private driver for a guided driving tour of the city. Visit some of Gaudi's other works, including Casa Batllò and La Pedrera (also known as Casa Milà), and snap photos from outside. Then take a panoramic tour of the city, visiting many of its best-known landmarks including the Mirador de l’Alcade, Columbus monument, Arc de Triumph, and the Spanish square.
Take in stunning views of the city from atop Montjuic Mountain and pay a visit to Barceloneta, Barcelona's gorgeous beach. Throughout the day, listen as your guide provides historic insight and personal stories about this famous European city, an epicurean haven and the capital of Catalan.
