Led by local guides, this 6-night tour of classical Greece brings you face-to-face with numerous wonders of the ancient world. The first three days will be spent in Athens, where you’ll discover the Acropolis, landmarks like the Arch of Hadrian and the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and will also have ample time for independent explorations.
On the fourth day, you’ll venture to the Corinth Canal before stopping in Epidaurus to visit its famous, ancient theater. Next, head to the charming port town of Nafplio for a brief stop, after which you’ll continue to Mycenae, one of the great cities of ancient civilization, and home to a wealth of beautiful ruins. From there, it’s a journey across the Peloponnese to the town of Olympia, where you'll spend the evening.
On the fifth day, you’ll have the opportunity to tour Olympia, which was the original home of the Olympic Games, before visiting Delphi, traveling through some of Greece’s most picturesque landscapes as you go. After an overnight stay in Delphi, and a tour of its architectural site the next morning, you’ll arrive for one last evening in Athens. The tour concludes on the seventh day with a transfer to the Athens International Airport.
