Upon your arrival, you will visit the vegetable garden and through the assistance of the chef, you will pick the vegetables that will create a typical Amalfi menù.
Guests, equipped with hat and apron, will put their hands on and prepare a traditional farmer menu with the supervision of staff and chef.
You will prepare a starters, a first course, a second course and the farmhouse desserts.
The several phases of the fresh pasta making will be illustrated: the typical and famous ravioli of the Campania region filled with fresh ricotta and herbs, as well as the gnocchi dressed with traditional sauces, for example the sauce with the “pomodorini” of “piennolo vesuviano” quality which will be producted.
At the end of the course you will receive the farmhouse cook-book and a participation certificate. At the end of the session you will enjoy the lunch with a fine selection of wines.
