In this experience, guests spend half a day at the 'Farm Cultural Park' in Favara (Agrigento). This tourist destination is rated by the British Purple Travel Blog as sixth in the world for contemporary art lovers (preceded only by Florence, Paris, Bilbao, the Greek islands and New York). This experience includes a welcome drink made with organic lemons and served with homemade snacks; an amazing cooking lesson lasting about three hours, incorporating organic, locally grown, seasonal products. The course includes the preparation of three typical Sicilian dishes prepared according to traditional Sicilian culinary methods.
There will also be a visit to the art gallery (current exhibits, garden, vintage shop); a tasty lunch, consisting of the dishes prepared during the lesson, served inside the “N’zemmula black space” along with local wine and seasonal fruits.
